Job Description

Responsibility

• Identify high impact improvement opportunities (Transformation) by facilitating discussions with Sr. management & clients
• Create Transformation project plan to support the productivity targets
• Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process / solution knowledge, understanding of client business scenario, understanding constraints in implementation and technology
• Liaison with Client, internal departments and managers on need basis to drive improvements.
• Train stakeholder & Facilitate improvement projects for application of tools, methodology and project timelines
• Partner with Operations to enhance the PPM maturity
• Drive Service Quality plan requirements around Customer Complaint Management, Work instruction audits, Risk mitigation by designing FMEA’s
• Driving Lean practices by training staff, designing Daily Management boards, Value Stream mapping etc
• Drive the corporate Quality initiative/project requirements by partnering with operations
• Ensuring the Quality control plan of sampling, RCA, calibration is adhered to by delivery
• Ensure best practices are documented and shared within/across business for replication
• Drive the Quality and process improvement culture on the floor by embedding the company practices

Skills

1. Degree in related discipline
2. 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably with BPO experience
3. Experienced in Six Sigma Consulting
4. Excellent communication skills with stakeholder interfacing skill
