Job Description
• At least 1 Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation experience in UK.
• Certified Implementation Specialist in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Understanding of other Oracle Cloud HCM Modules (Talent & learning)Delivering Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation as an SME
• Provide solutions and configure them in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Conduction Workshops for Requirement gathering, managing key stakeholder and business liaison.
• Support working with Oracle SRs for resolution of product related issues
• Configure the Oracle Recruiting Cloud Application to meet client requirements and documenting application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects
