- Responsible for the implementation of signed off 2023 strategy & plan, pivot strategy as needed, stakeholder management, budget management, team management and development of H2 plans.
2023 strategy implementation:
- Accountable for deployment of marketing strategy and plan for the large enterprise segment to generate high quality opportunities that deliver the primary KPI of Annual pipeline revenue in H1
- Maintain and help update country plans and priorities, incorporating both marketing performance and budget tracking on a regular basis.
- Continuously monitor the sales pipeline to understand lead volume, opportunity volume, enrichment and revenue needs, tweak plans accordingly
- Partner with insights and analytics to identify new opportunities and to form marketing plans.
- Manage relationships with sales leadership across the countries leaving the day to day to the country enterprise marketing leads
- Ensure Regular comms and reporting of performance to all stakeholders
- Liaise with Biz ops, Rev ops, Analytics, Database marketing to ensure optimum lead management processes are followed, gaps are filled
- Partner within country PR team to have coordinated efforts in building brand
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Business operations to drive cohesive Pipeline building efforts
- Represent Growth in global forums for pan regional campaigns, integrated campaigns
- Manage agency relationships with ABM, Event, Paid media agency, Content agency partners
- Manage a team of high performing country enterprise marketers
- Weekly 1:1s with the team
- Help trouble shoot issues, manage escalations
- Support team in planning, budgeting, stakeholder management
- Ensure quality of output delivered
- Weekly 1:1s with Sr. Director (reporting manager), marketing planning manager
- Manage, monitor, and report on the marketing budget regularly to all the required stakeholders
- Hold team accountable for timely creation of SOWs and POs
- Ensure the team follows all processes, timelines for budget utilization
- Ensure budget is optimally utilized for KPI driving activities and no underspends by the team. In case of a risk of underspends, highlight to leadership in a timely manner
Account Based Marketing: Develop and apply account-based marketing programs to high priority accounts, owning execution right through to reporting, tracking and evaluation.
