Job Description

• Responsible for providing level I and II support for DMA/Algo, F&O and FIX connectivity and certification testing (DMA, Equities, Futures, Options)
• Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Liaise with QA issues, new functionality, bug fixes in UAT environment. Also, OMS/EMS end to end testing in QA by the new release.
• Perform daily business and application support.
• Liaise with Application Developers to find resolutions reported software problems and to ensure that change requests are managed effectively
• Install and configure software platform to client specifications
• Support roll-outs and upgrades of our advanced financial trading system
